1. Level 1  -  > $0 < $2,500 US Dollars within 365 day period
   1. Level 1 - Documents NOT Required.  Email, name, mailing address, and payment within checkout on the website.
2. Level 2  - >= $2,500 < $25,0000 US Dollars within 365 day period
   1. Level 2 - Government ID - High Resolution Scan, Front Side and Back Side.
   2. Level 2 - Self-Photo with Government ID - High Resolution, Front and Side View.
3. Level 3  - >= $25,000 < $100,000 US Dollars within 365 day period
   1. Level 3 - Government ID - High Resolution Scan, Front Side and Back Side.
   2. Level 3 - Self-Photo with Government ID - High Resolution, Front and Side.
   3. Level 3 - Proof of Income, Pay-Stub, or Similar - High Resolution, with Legal Address.
   4. Level 3 - Proof of Address - Utility Bill, Bank Statement, or similar - High Resolution, with Legal Address.
4. Level 4  >= $100,000 US Dollars within 365 day period
   1. Level 4 - Government ID - High Resolution Scan, Front Side and Back Side.
   2. Level 4 - Self-Photo with Government ID - High Resolution, Front and Side.
   3. Level 4 - Proof of Income, Pay-Stub, or Similar - High Resolution, with Legal Address.
   4. Level 4 - Proof of Address - Utility Bill, Bank Statement, or similar - High Resolution, with Legal Address.
   5. Level 4 - Institutional Reference - Relationship contact and reference from an Authorized Bank, Credit Union, Stock Broker, or other Reputable Financial Institution.
